Leg Day:
Squat + Jump: 15-20 reps, 3 sets (Feel the burn? Add weight, or lose the jump if it’s too tough).
Rest 4 minutes between sets—legs fatigue fast!Bulgarian Split Squats: 13-20 reps, 3 sets (Focus on form!).
